Labor to mobilize, run a pump and well efficiency test, pull pump, demobilize, teardown and inspect pump , Well video logging Pre and Post Cleaning Pump bowl and column assembly overhaul including: wear rings, bowl bearings, machine impellers, new bowl shaft, new stainless steel lineshaft, new ss shaft sleeves, new lineshaft bearings, new ss shaft couplings, new ss head and motor shaft, blast and paint old column, re-use bearing retainers, all shop and machining labor. Pump Head overhaul complete with new packing box bearing, blast and paint per the specifications. Note: Well #19 is a vertical turbine. The motor is above ground, and the pump bowl is towards the bottom of the well. Re-chlorination if required shall be performed at no additional cost and two consecutive samples for bacteria must be achieved before considering the project complete. Contractor may begin the project as early as March 31, 2026, and must complete the entire project no later than June 5, 2026
