Westerville City Schools FY26 HVAC Projects The Westerville City School District Board of Education is accepting sealed bids for construction work related to the FY26 HVAC Projects at Emerson Elementary School, Central High School, North High School, Mark Twain Elementary School, Pointview Elementary School, Hawthorne Elementary School, Whittier Elementary School, Heritage Middle School, and the Early Learning Center. The total advertised construction cost for the nine bid packages is $3,607,800. The work includes general trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural remodeling of existing facilities for specified bid packages. Alternates are also included for remodeling projects at Whittier Elementary School, Heritage Middle School, and the Early Learning Center. Bids must be made according to Ohio Revised Code on forms provided in the Project Manual and be accompanied by a bid guarantee as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Westerville City School District Board of Education, properly marked as specified, and received by the stated deadline. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days of the opening. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and investigate bidder responsibility.
