Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The work includes but is not limited to the furnishing and installation of ABB/GE Power Break I to Power Break II Circuit Breaker (retrofit) T-Basement signal gear at Suburban Station. Bids must be submitted through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System (ePS) and will only be accepted through this system. Each bid must remain firm for at least ninety days from the date of the bid opening and may not be withdrawn during that period. The project is subject to compliance with the PA Steel Products Act, Buy America Act, all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, and requires certification with Executive Order 12549. Any change, modification, or clarification to the contract documents must be requested in writing and can only be effected by a written addendum issued by SEPTA via the ePS. SEPTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids as deemed in its best interest.
