The Contractor shall install and replace Kitchen Hood, Fire Suppression, and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment. The Contractor shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified in the Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, permits, licenses, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel, per diem and every other expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM), located at California State Prison Corcoran (COR), 4001 King Avenue Corcoran, CA 93212. As required by Government Code 14838, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is required to meet the States twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation requirement. Certified SBs and micro-businesses (MB) are encouraged to submit bids. See Small Business Preference Program Section, in this IFB for requirements.
