Mobilization, bonds, administration, site preparation SWPPP, demolition, earthwork and excavation, drainage and utilities, hardscape and finishes, site furniture, landscaping, irrigation, and electrical. There is also an owner controlled contingency. Respondents are responsible for ensuring that their submittals are complete, uploaded, and submitted electronically via OpenGov by the due date and time. The City is not responsible for any submission delays or failures. Respondents must examine the solicitation, specifications, drawings, and all instructions. Each respondent must provide the required information on each submittal form. It is the responsibility of the respondent to check the OpenGov Portal before submitting a response to ascertain if any addenda have been issued, obtain all such addenda, and return executed addenda with the response/submittal if necessary.
