Installing sanitary sewer system/lift station removing the park's septic tanks Question Submission Deadline:February 9, 2026, 5:00pm Questions electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. A Bid, Payment and Performance Bond are a requirement when the offer/contract amount exceeds $100,000. Respondents shall attach an electronic copy of their bid bond for responsiveness. Submission of the bid bond, along with a certified and effectively dated copy of the power of attorney, shall be completed and signed by all required parties and submitted on the form provided in the solicitation. Submittal of a bid bond less than 10% of the total estimated contract amount for base period, shall result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Performance of all tasks specified in the contract documents shall be the responsibility of the contractor unless specified otherwise. The description of the project is as follows: Removal/abandonment of existing septic tanks and drain-fields and placement of new sanitary sewer collection and transmission system consisting of gravity sewer lines, manholes, lift stations and force-mains and connection to OC Utilities System. The Estimated Cost for this project is $900,000.00
