Pursuant to RCW 39.80, Public Utility District No. 1 of Kitsap County (KPUD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified individuals and firms for Land Surveying Services. The consultant(s) will provide professional survey services for the Pioneer Hill West and Camp David Consolidation Projects. KPUD anticipates selecting one firm to provide professional survey services for this project. The chosen firm will enter into an agreement upon KPUD Board approval. The Pioneer Hill West Water System Consolidation project is located on NW Pioneer Hill Road in Poulsbo, WA. The project will extend approximately 1,300 feet of water main to consolidate the Pioneer Hill West water system with KPUD's Vinland water system. The project will also replace approximately 2,500 feet of main and associated appurtenances within the Pioneer Hill West community. The Camp David Water System Consolidation project is located on NW Holly Road in Seabeck, WA. The project will extend approximately 2,500 feet of water main to consolidate the Camp David water system with KPUD's West Kitsap water system. The project will also replace water main and associated appurtenances within the Camp David community. To be considered for work under this RFQ, on the date/time that statements of qualifications are due, all consultants and subconsultants must be registered with and not be excluded from receiving federal funds using the System for Award Management (2 CFR 200.214).
