This work aims to improve understanding of current treatment capacity, projected wastewater demand, and required facility improvements. The expected outcome is an amendment to the General Sewer Plan documenting existing system capacity, projected wastewater flows, and recommended improvements to support future growth and development within the Kingston service area.
