The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit Bids from qualified firms or individuals to provide construction services to Tampa Bay Water's Cross Bar Ranch Wellfield Water Transmission Main-Utility Conflict, Project No. 07153, under Contract #2026017 ("the Project"). The Project is located in Pasco County. The estimated construction budget for this project is $2,700,000.00. Tampa Bay Water invites you to submit a bid on the above-referenced project. The scope of the Work contemplated consists of all materials, labors, tools and equipment necessary to construct approximately 500 linear feet (LF) of 60-inch steel pipe for the transmission of raw groundwater under/across State Road (SR) 52 with open cut and micro-tunneling methods as indicated on the drawings and specifications. The existing pipe crossing SR 52 will be placed out of service and the new crossing will be connected to Tampa Bay Water's existing transmission main and placed into service. Portions of the out-of-service pipeline will be removed as shown on the drawings. See attached Invitation to Bid, Specifications, Drawings, Geotechnical Report, and Permits for details.
