Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wamego, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: This project involves full reconstruction of Kaw Valley Road from US 24 north to Say Road. New storm sewers, sidewalks and waterline work are included. Final completion of this project will be December 4, 2026. Questions regarding Bids shall be directed to Paul Moore, PE, at pmoore@olsson.com . All questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm local time on Thursday, February 5, 2026, to allow sufficient time for them to be addressed. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to Owner as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the Owner, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty days (60) after the bids are open.
