Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Goleta, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

The District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to design, engineer, procure, construct, interconnect, and commission solar photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage systems, and other associated equipment at the District's Water Resource Recovery Facility site, 1 William Moffett Place, Goleta CA 93117. There will be a mandatory site walk for interested respondents. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. The deadline for Notification of Interest Forms has been extended to January 30, 2026 at 5PM PST. QA Final date - February 13, 2026 at 5PM PST Added as per Adda 1. All questions about the meaning or intent of this RFQP shall be submitted electronically to RFP@terraverde.energy. Board Meeting for Agreement Approval - May 18, 2026
