Renovation of an office development in Goleta, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade office development.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to replace the rooftop package units, air handlers, and to add a dehumidifier and condensing units. The scope includes ductwork, pipe work, and HVAC controls, as described in the Construction Documents. Sealed bids for a Lump Sum Contract are invited for this work. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bidders must have a current and active California General Building Contractor (B) license at the time of submission. Bidders and their Subcontractors will be required to follow nondiscrimination requirements and to pay prevailing wage rates. Only bidders who participate in the mandatory in-person pre-bid conference will be allowed to bid as prime bidders. Bids may be submitted via hard copy or electronically through the UCSB planroom, with prior registration required for electronic submission.
