The City of Goleta is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals interested in providing On-Call GIS and Mapping Services for the City. The selected service provider is expected to perform high-quality spatial data management and mapping services for the City in a prompt and costeffective manner. The selected service provided will report to the Advance Planning Division within the City's Planning and Environmental Review Department. The term of the agreement shall be fixed through June 30, 2027, with the potential to extend for up to two (2) additional years pending future budgeting. Question Deadline 07/24/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through online. Late or incomplete RFPs will not be accepted. The service provider must be available to start work on October 1, 2025. The City requires the service provider to designate one individual as the project manager. The project manager will be the point of contact for all communications including requests for services, transmittal of deliverables, meetings, and invoices for this contract and will be responsible for oversight of all work activities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time The City reserves the right to request Best and Final Offers from any or all proposers. This will be the only opportunity to amend or modify proposals based on feedback from the City. Information from competing proposals will not be disclosed.
