Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
As of March 26, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The City of Port St. Lucie is seeking a roofing contractor with a valid Florida license (per Florida Building Code requirements) to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to complete the full replacement of the existing metal and flat roof systems, gutters, and aluminum entrance awnings at the Port St. Lucie Community Center. The project includes removal of all existing roofing materials, inspection and repair of roof decking as required, installation of new metal roofing systems, and replacement of all gutters. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code (FBC), manufacturer specifications, and applicable City standards.
