The scope of work includes approximately 25,000 square feet of interior remodeling in Building CC for the Green Bay Area School District NEW School of Innovation Remodel at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Work on this project will consist of a single lump sum contract for all labor and materials as called out in the Drawings and Project Manual. Instructions to bidders: Bidders are required to submit sealed bids to Northeast Wisconsin Technical College by the specified due date and time. Bids may be mailed or emailed, with clear marking in the subject line if sent by email, to the specified address or email. Late proposals will not be accepted or opened. A public bid opening will be held virtually. Bid documents are available from the Office of the Architect, Somerville, Inc., and instructions for obtaining these documents can be requested by email. An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for viewing the job site area. Bid security is required, and the accepted bidder must provide a Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance listing NWTC as additional insured. Bids must be guaranteed for at least sixty days from the date of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and contract award is contingent on funds availability, budget considerations, and any applicable public health orders.
