Estimated Price Range (Magnitude of Construction): Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Fire Alarm System Replacement at Armory Bldg. 4200, RJB Complex, Bismarck, North Dakota. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express. Each bid must include a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bidder's highest total bid combination, including all add alternates, payable to The Adjutant General, State of North Dakota. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of North Dakota for at least ten (10) days prior to the bid opening and upload their license as a separate attachment in Bid Express. A Certificate of Good Standing is not acceptable instead of a contractor's license. The successful bidder must execute the contract and provide payment and performance bonds as required by North Dakota law. All bids must be for Total Construction. Paper, faxed, or emailed bids are not accepted. Questions related to specifications or drawings must be directed to the project engineer, Apex Engineering Group Inc., at least one week before bid opening.
