The work will include a new office space, new restroom / mechanical room, sign print area, and to renovate the existing shop area. Streets and Drainage Facility - this is also an interior renovation in an existing building, and the needs are to expand the existing breakroom and upgrade the conditioned air within the space. There is also an alternate for this location on replacing the existing overhead doors and adding some large industrial fans within the shop area of the facility.
