Renovation of a multi-residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, and apply for all permits including U&O permit (Use of Occupancy Permit) The use and occupancy permit MUST be applied for within the 1st 30 days of receiving possession of property. All necessary permits must be applied for, obtained and completed as requested by HABC, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor shall and must comply with all EPA and MDE lead abatement regulations as required by law.
