**As of February 19th, this project has been awarded to Twin Tier for $1,636,305.** Sealed proposals are requested for entering into a contract for the replacement of the County Road 2 (Karr Valley Road) culvert over Karr Valley Creek in the Town of West Almond, Allegany County, New York. The project involves the removal of the existing culvert, replacement with a precast concrete box culvert, and highway approach work.
