Sealed bids are being requested for storm sewer improvements at Durham Estates. Bids must be submitted on forms provided in the bidding documents and must include the names of all interested parties. Each bidder must submit evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a bond for 100% of the bid amount, or a certified/cashier's check for 10% of the bid, is required. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with prevailing wage rates on public improvements for Williams County, Ohio. Contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as much as practicable. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements is mandatory. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and accept the bid deemed most favorable to the County.
