Reference number: 20117689 Project title: Development of the CETC logistics hub at the J.A.-DeSève pavilion of Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital (HJDS-24-014) Facility affected by the work: Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital - J.A.-DeSève Pavilion Work completion deadline: Seventy-nine (79) weeks The project involves renovating a space in the basement of the J.A.-DeSève pavilion at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital for the Centre of Excellence in Cell Therapy. This space will include a warehouse with a walk-in cold room, a laboratory, specialized rooms and mechanical rooms. Any questions or requests for clarification regarding any aspect of the tender or tender documents must be sent by email, specifying the tender number and title, and addressed to the Project Manager identified in the notice. The Project Manager reserves the right not to consider any question or request for clarification submitted by a bidder if it does not result in any changes to the tender documents and is sent to him/her FIVE (5) working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
