Renovation of an educational facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 26th,2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project involves the Penny Creek Elementary HVAC Controls Upgrade. Scope of work includes: demolition of the existing control system and provision of a new control system; demolition of gas regulators and associated gas piping for the existing boilers and installation of new gas regulators and associated gas piping; and provision of air balancing to support the controls work. Alternate No. 1 includes: demolition of existing air handling unit (AHU) heating water coil piping connections, control valves, and appurtenances; installation of new AHU heating water coil piping connections, control valves, and appurtenances; and balancing of the heating water system. All general contractor bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Bidders must ensure timely delivery of their bids and follow requirements for attendance and bid submission as stated. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request, which must reach the Owner at least ten (10) days prior to the Bid Date
