Remodeling of a detention facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a detention facility.
Refrigerator and Freezer Upgrade, Snohomish County Jail. Sealed bids are requested for the refrigerator and freezer upgrade at Snohomish County Jail. All bids must be submitted in writing on forms downloaded from Builders Exchange of Washington. Bidders shall obtain all addenda issued for these projects from the Snohomish County Projects Online Virtual Plan Room. Hard copy submittals may be delivered in person or sent via commercial carrier or post office to the specified address and must be received by the deadline. If submitting in person, the bid must be sealed in an envelope, with the bid number and proposer’s name noted on the outside. Bids will be opened by county staff and may be viewed via Microsoft Teams or attended in person. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder; all questions must be submitted in writing by email. All answers and clarifications will be sent to all plan holders via addendum. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, or national origin. A pre-bid site inspection will be held at Snohomish County Jail, and all bidders are urged to attend.
