Renovation of a mixed-use development in Granville, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; library; and educational facility.
As of February 6, 2026, this project will be rebid but no definite date yet. Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the JH & HS SECURE VESTIBULES & HS LIBRARY FENESTRATION project at Putnam County High School and Putnam County Junior High School. Bids will be received for a Lump Sum Contract (all trades). Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain the required insurance and bonds for the work, and be in good standing as a vendor, including at least five solid references for similar projects over the past five years. Bid security of 10 percent of the bid amount is required. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders are expected to begin work upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete the work within the Contract Time. Project Identification: JH & HS SECURE VESTIBULES & HS LIBRARY FENESTRATION. 1.
