Gallipolis Parking Lot Replacement Location- 396 Jackson Pike , Gallipolis , OH 45631 Approximate Area: (Approximately 32,000 SF - contractor to verify total area) Stripping Color: White Milling of parking lot and driveways (approximately 32,000 sqft - contractor to verify total area) o Remove and save parking blocks o Entire parking lot and driveways are to be milled 2" o Clean all debris o Remove existing asphalt and base o If there are signs of base repairs, please repair, contractor verify o Mechanically compact a maximum of 1.5 inches per lift while maintain proper pitch or grade to divert water Paving (approximately 32,000 sqft - contractor to verify total area) o Clean all debris o Ensure area is dry before proceeding with paving o Apply 0.9 gal/sy tack coat following ODOT Item 407 o Pave with 2" HMA, mechanically compacted o Existing grades to be maintained, do not create ponding Stripe o Stripe to original layout and colors o Use only non-reflective paint designed for pavement surface o Paint is to be applied with a gas or electric airless striping machine o Replace and pin parking blocks.
