The contractor shall provide comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance services for the mechanical systems and equipment identified. Services shall include all labor, materials, filters, replacement parts, tools, equipment, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to maintain the systems in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, recognized industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor shall also provide corrective repair services on an as-needed basis, including emergency response. Proposers shall clearly state their standard and emergency response procedures and schedules, along with any associated rates or conditions, within their submitted proposal. Vendors are allowed to propose their own emergency-response times. Proposals shall include: 1. A detailed cost proposal for preventative and corrective maintenance services. 2. Proposed schedule for performing all maintenance activities, including routine, preventative, and emergency response procedures. 3. Any additional information the proposer deems relevant to demonstrate capability and reliability. All proposals must be responsive to the Scope of Services section and meet the content of RFQ/RFP criteria.
