Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Gallipolis, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are being accepted for the resurfacing of various county roads with asphalt concrete and chipseal. Bidders are required to furnish all materials, tools, labor, and equipment. Only ODOT prequalified contractors may submit bids. Bids must include either a bid bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for at least 10% of the bid amount. Bid bonds must be accompanied by proof of authority for the official or agent signing the bond. Attention is drawn to insurance requirements, federal prevailing wage requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for payment and performance bonds of 100% of the contract price.
