Reference Number 0000409916 Question Deadline 02/04/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Purchase Type Duration: 5 years Option: 1 Additional Year The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit proposals to enter into contract(s) with qualified Vendor(s) to obtain WAN Ethernet Services over Leased Lit fiber & Internet for the University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN), and its public and higher education and state government constituents, hereafter referred to as the "University." The companies submitting proposals in response to this IFB will hereafter be referred to as "Vendor" or "Service Provider". The University is examining several alternatives of providing WAN Ethernet Services and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement. UETN is seeking bids on behalf of our stakeholders for WAN Services & Internet. The requested circuits are for the site(s) stated in Attachment A and Attachment B, for installation of new Wide-Area-Network Ethernet service that will terminate at the locations stated in Attachment A (Aggregation Address). The University reserves the right to award this bid to the lowest responsive and responsible Vendor who meets the minimum specifications listed.
