This solicitation is for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to install exterior basketball courts in the northwest corner of the play field at Bryant Middle School, 40 S 800 E, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. Questions Due Date: Apr 21st 2026, 2:00 PM MDT Any change to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD). Only authorized and properly issued addenda is considered the official position of the SLCSD. A bid security is required in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid amount. Bid bonds/securities must be scanned and uploaded onto Bonfire/U3P or scanned and emailed. Your bid bond must be received prior to the bid due date and time. A 100% Performance/Payment bond will be required from the selected contractor(s). Liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per calendar day past the date of completion are applicable to this project. Contractor shall have a B100 or S330 active contractor's license (or equivalent) to be awarded a contract for this project. Bidder must submit with the bid a copy of their current contractor's license, including any statement of licensure limits. If bidder has requested an increase of monetary licensure limits, a copy of the request must also be included.
