Sealed bids for “PIPE LINER” will be received at the office of the City of Mt. Juliet Finance Department. Two paper copies of the bid are required, with the project name and due date on the outside of the envelope. The paper bid must be signed by an authorized representative of the company or business placing the bid at the time it is received. Bidders must show evidence of license, expiration date, and classification if required. Bidders must be familiar with all laws and regulations that may affect the cost, progress, and performance of the work, including Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. Electronic bids will also be accepted. There are certifications regarding compliance with laws related to Iran and Israel. BABAA requirements specify that, unless waived, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in the project must be produced in the United States.
