Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work consists of the replacement of a portion of the existing exterior windows at South Eugene High School. Prime bidders, sub-bidders, and suppliers are responsible for obtaining bidding documents and all addenda from the provided hyperlink. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form, accompanied by an electronic copy of a surety bond, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid. Bidders are required to hand deliver or mail the original surety bonds, cashier's check, or certified check postmarked within three days after the submission deadline. No bid will be considered unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board at the time the bid is made. For every bid $100,000 or greater, all contractors and subcontractors shall have a public works bond in the amount of $30,000 filed with the Construction Contractors' Board before starting work, unless exempt. Each bid must include a statement indicating whether the bidder is a resident bidder and that the contractor agrees to comply with applicable prevailing wage laws. Contractors must certify nondiscrimination in obtaining required subcontractors in accordance with statutory requirements. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, postpone the award, waive informalities, select the bid in the district's best interest, or reject all bids.
