This is a bridge replacement project involving construction engineering and materials testing services. The project replaces Avenue 16 1/2 Bridge at Dry Creek with a new precast prestressed voided slab bridge. The work requires construction management, a resident engineer, structures representative, source inspection, and comprehensive materials testing for concrete, HMA, aggregate base, and rebar. The consultant must have Caltrans certifications and federal project experience. The scope of services includes construction management services and materials testing services, including resident engineer, structures rep, construction engineering, construction inspection, source inspection, materials sampling and testing.
