Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 6th, 2026, project has been awarded to Banack, LLC of Washougal, WA - total amount $208,509.76** Public Service Center Suite 142 Tenant Improvements. Sealed bids will be received by the Clark County Council in the Office of Purchasing/General Services for the purpose of securing tenant improvements for Suite 142 at the Public Service Center. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Councilors Hearing Room. Bid specifications may be requested by emailing the Office of Purchasing/General Services. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
