Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,600-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

This Contract provides for the following improvements to The Downs Neighborhood Park: Installation of a new 32x50 concrete half basketball court, a 16x24 shelter on a 24x32 concrete pad, other miscellaneous concrete surfaces, bench, electrical, new security lighting, modifications to the existing irrigation system and new irrigation in the lawn area and turf repair and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The following products will be furnished by the City of Vancouver for the contractor to install: Picnic shelter (delivery anticipated in April) and bench (delivery anticipated in March). The Contract Work shall be substantially complete by July 1, 2026.
