Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Hamilton Street and Moore Street, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Work includes the construction of approximately 470m of 200mm diameter watermain, 230m of 750mm diameter storm sewer and 140m of 300mm to 375mm storm sewer, 400m of 200mm to 250mm diameter sanitary sewer, 4500m2 of asphalt roadway, 1480m2 of concrete sidewalk, 940m of concrete curb and other miscellaneous works for the reconstruction of Hamilton Street and Moore Street. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFT Contact" will be: Andrea Geoffrey Procurement Coordinator Geoffreya@cambridge.ca Bidders and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFT Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFT.
