This opportunity is for the reconstruction of Keffer Street and Laneway 13, which includes phased reconstruction as the roads are not co-linear. The work includes removal of existing utilities and surface road, supplying approximately 110 meters of 150mm diameter watermain, 240 meters of 100mm diameter PVC perforated sock subdrain, 81 meters of 200mm diameter sanitary sewer, 838 square meters of asphalt roadway, 620 square meters of concrete sidewalk, 310 meters of concrete curb and gutter, and other miscellaneous works for the reconstruction of Keffer Street and Laneway 13.
