Saint Luke’s Place is soliciting trade tenders and retaining Traugott Building Contractors Inc. to be their Construction Manager to perform the demolition, alterations, and construction of a new addition. This project will consist of all necessary trade scopes to prepare the site and construct the new buildings using conventional methods to local codes. The project will consist of supply of hardware and hardware installation. All tenders shall be priced clearly identifying quoted sections and must include a complete list of inclusions and exclusions. Tender prices should be separated if more than one item is priced. The Tenderer is required to review site conditions prior to submitting their Tender. By submitting a Tender, the Tenderer acknowledges it is bound to the Prime Contract including Supplementary Conditions and is required to sign and return the stipulated price subcontract, including supplementary conditions, if their Tender is accepted. Works claimed by Labourer’s International Union of North America and the Carpenters District Council of Ontario, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, shall be completed by members of the same. The lowest price is not the only criterion on which Tenders will be assessed and selected. The selection of the successful Tender is subject to the approval of Traugott, which reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders.
