Furnish and install two Mitsubishi ductless split HVAC systems to provide dedicated climate control in two medication rooms located in the nursing home ward. Work includes conducting a pre-installation site visit to assess existing conditions, verifying electrical capacity and structural suitability, and providing equipment with cooling and heating capabilities, minimum SEER rating, indoor ceiling-mounted air handlers, outdoor condenser units installed on the roof, thermostat interface with the building management system, and appropriate BTU ratings based on room size and load calculations. Installation requires mounting indoor units, installing outdoor units with proper clearances, running refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and condensate drain lines per code, sealing wall penetrations, and restoring finishes. Electrical work includes providing dedicated circuits, installing disconnects and breakers, and coordinating power shutdowns. Testing and commissioning involve system startup, verifying temperature control, airflow, and drainage, and training facility staff on operation and maintenance. Documentation deliverables include equipment manuals, warranty information, maintenance guidelines, and as-built drawings.
