A timeline for the award has not yet been established.* Amendment 0004: This amendment is being issued to change or update the following items in the FY26 Electricity Solicitation. 1) Provide answers to questions submitted in response to Exhibit 1 for this solicitation. 2) Updated the Attachment 3 - Economic Price Adjustment components for PJM, NYISO, and MISO. Provide answers to questions submitted in response to Exhibit 1 for this solicitation. Changes are highlighted. 3) Updated Attachment 13 - Final Exhibit 1 for PJM auctions. Amendment 0001 updates the FY26 Electricity Solicitation by extending the due date for technical proposals to February 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST, updating Attachment 12 with revised PJM pre-proposal call dates, and updating Attachment 13 to reflect a new projected PJM auction date of March 18, 2026. Provides electricity supply commodity components up to the Delivery Points identified in Attachment 13, with pricing inclusive of all cost components listed in Attachment 3. Supplies full-requirements electricity for terms of up to sixty months for full monthly billing cycles. Assigns requirements into pricing groups as indicated in Attachment 13, with multiple awards possible and contracts potentially awarded at different times throughout the fiscal year. Notes that preliminary auction dates may change, with notice provided to offerors deemed technically acceptable. Requires offerors to be licensed in the applicable state to provide retail electric supply at the time of award, and encourages all responsible sources to submit complete and responsive proposals.
