Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Hillsboro, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The work entails the construction of a new courtyard at the existing Highco, Inc. facility. One bid will be received for all work as described in the contract documents, including general trades and electrical. Bidders are required to follow all requirements contained in the bid packet, including Federal Labor Standards Provisions, Davis-Bacon Wages (where applicable), insurance requirements, equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must furnish all requested information with the bid proposal. Each proposal must be signed and accompanied by a surety bond, certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit as bid guaranty. Bid documents can be obtained from the architect/engineer, either electronically or in paper format, after completing the Plan Holder's List Application. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
