Southeast Substation Site Grading :- The general nature of the work on which proposals will be received consists of site grading for the Substation site. The Contractor will be responsible forsupplying all labor, materials and equipment for grading operations and for installation of fill, gravel surfacing, silt fences, etc. to complete the project. The site for the proposed construction is located southeast of the intersection of Old US Highway 14 and 35th Street on the southeast side of Janesville, Minnesota. The substation site is bordered by Old US Highway 14 to the north and east, railroad track to the south and35 th Street to the west. Substantial completion of the project shall be no later than July 15, 2026. Final completion- August 15, 2026.
