A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Base Bid: The base bid work generally consists of constructing approximately 1,020 linear feet of cement concrete sidewalk along 4th Street including curb ramps, traffic curb, and crosswalk markings. Work shall also include installation of rapid-flashing beacons (RRFBs) and an advanced warning beacon (CRFB), and other related work. Twenty-five (25) working days will be allowed to achieve physical completion of the Base Bid. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by cash, a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, payable to the City of Sprague, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond, each in the full amount of the contract price. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
