THE BID IS ONLY OPEN TO LOCAL COVINGTON AREA SUBS/VENDORS The Project includes relocation of utilities within the Downtown Square of the City of Covington and subsequent paving, remediation, and streetscapes. The bid packages : BP1 - Site Work (Demolition, Erosion Control, Grading, Drainage, Water, and Sewer) BP2 - Natural Gas BP3 - Electrical Duct bank BP4 - Asphalt BP5 - Hardscape BP6 - Traffic Control BP7 - Temporary Fence BP8 - Survey All subcontractors will be subject to prequalification. ONLY LOCAL COVINGTON AREA SUBS/VENDORS WILL BE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE. All bids must comply with applicable state and local requirements, including licensing, bonding, and insurance. Participation of local, minority, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises is encouraged.
