The Scope of Work shall consist of and is described as the Renovation of the ODU Inn The building is a slab-on-grade, wood-framed structure originally developed as a hotel built in approximately 1989. The project is generally described as the conversion of an existing (3) story, 25,611 GSF dormitory facility into a fully functioning, state of the art police station. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated for May 13, 2026. Substantial Completion shall be no later than June 14, 2027 and Final Completion shall be no later than June 12, 2027 .
