Sealed proposals are requested for the "Thomas A. Edison School Security Vestibule Addition" at Thomas A. Edison School under three contracts: General Construction, Electrical Construction, and HVAC Construction work. Bidders must obtain bidding documents from the designated website or location for a fee, and only documents obtained this way will identify bidders as official plan holders. Bids must be submitted using the standard proposal form in sealed, opaque envelopes clearly marked with the project name and bidder's details. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the total bid amount as a commitment to enter into a contract if awarded. Bidders are required to hold their bid price for forty-five days after the formal bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in a bid. Certification of the bonding company is required, and further security may be required for faithful contract performance. A.
