Demolition for an educational facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.

The State of Tennessee is inviting General Contractor bids for the UTK Silverstein Luper Demolition project at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Bids must include a five percent (5%) Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified/cashier's check made payable to the State of Tennessee. A non-discrimination policy applies. Bidding Documents in PDF format may be obtained from listed sources, and entities obtaining documents become Bidders of Record for notifications. Hard copies of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the same sources (nonrefundable). As per ITB, Pre bid conference will be held On February 17, 2026 local time 2:00 pm at The University of Tennessee Knoxville, Facilities Services Complex, Room 101, 2040 Sutherland Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Replies will be issued to Bidders of Record by addenda and will become part of Contract Documents. Designer and Owner will not make oral clarifications
