As of April 23, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded next Friday. The project consists of existing lift station equipment replacement, wetwell coating, and Town of Boley SCADA installation. Bidders are required to comply with Labor Standards Contract Provisions, Davis Bacon Act (if project cost exceeds $10,000,000), and EPA Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements, including six good faith efforts to solicit disadvantaged business enterprises. Bidders must complete a qualification statement and submit a bid guarantee in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, either by cashier's or certified check or bid bond, as a guarantee to enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds within fifteen days after notice of award. A sworn statement regarding non-collusion must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must furnish performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price. System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all applicants, awardees, prime contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
