Boley AMR Replacements - Mechanical The work consists of the replacement of existing water meters with AMR (Automated Meter Reading) meters and the replacement of meter boxes. Bidders are required to comply with Labor Standards Contract Provisions, the Davis Bacon Act if the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000, and all relevant requirements and regulations for ARPA-funded projects managed by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. Compliance with Equal Opportunity in Employment and good faith efforts for disadvantaged business enterprises is mandatory. Bids must be submitted on a unit price basis and must be accompanied by a cashier’s or certified check or bid bond in an amount of 5% of the total maximum bid price. Bidders must complete the Qualification Statement included in the bid documents, and the successful bidder must furnish performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required for all parties involved. Bids must remain effective for 60 days after opening and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The Town of Boley reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
