Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Scandia, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes installation of a new denitrification filter manhole with media and internal fixtures, a new filter backwash manhole with submersible pump, a new filter EQ manhole with submersible pump, blowers for backwash of filter, a supplemental carbon chemical feed system, and a prefabricated building housing blower, chemical feed, and controls. Work also includes associated electrical work, miscellaneous site piping, and other related items. All work must comply with applicable Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Targeted Group Business Program Goals, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Build America, Buy America (BABA). Question Deadline 02/04/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
