Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

For the Route 6A Waterline Project. The Town of Yarmouth is requesting sealed bids from interested parties for the Route 6A Waterline Project. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of 8-inch and 12-inch water main, pavement milling and overlay, and curb ramp improvements along Main Street (Route 6A) in Yarmouth. The 8- inch water main shall be installed from the Town line with Barnstable to Summer Street. The 12-inch water main shall be installed from the end of the 8-inch main at Summer Street to Thacher Street, where it will tie into the existing water main The work must be completed within 450 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Each bid shall be submitted on the forms provided and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid price, in accordance with M.G.L. c.30, 39M. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of sixty (60) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, following the actual date of the Bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds in accordance with M.G.L. c.149, 29 and M.G.L. c.30,39M. The Performance Bond shall also comply with applicable Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Access Permit requirements, as set forth in the Contract Documents. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Prevailing wage rates as determined by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards under M.G.L. c.149, 26-27D, as amended, shall apply to all work performed under this Contract.
